About Us

Let’s start with the beginning. I have been a sports person my entire life and had represented my school and college in different sports activities. Despite of the fact that I have a lean body structure, I had a never dying desire to indulge myself in sports activities during school and college days and then different forms of physical activities ever since I started my professional career.
But things doesn’t come as easy as you want them to be. Being into retail industry, it gets challenging FROM reaching office after travelling for 2 hours on one side and TO be out in the market to look after operations where you don’t get the chance to sit even for a minute in long hours. But then, I was helpless, irrespective of how the days was, I still wanted to find time each day and go to the gym to get some action and no matter the day was good or bad, that session at the gym gave me the satisfaction of completeness while going to bed.
I was happy in my Skin and out there, they praise you, uses you in their references to motivate others and believe it, it encourages you a lot to do more. Though I was raw, had less knowledge of nutrition and exercises dynamics, still I was wanting to do better each day to defeat myself. And that was the year 2015 which made me to take next step and I enrolled myself for Personal Training course and promised myself not to take a step back. Since then, I have earned certification in Personal training, Group X Fitness, Sports and Exercise Nutrition.
Exercise gives the confidence and motivates me to move forward. And that was the one reason that made me to help and train those who have either found themselves in despair due to their physical condition or who struggles to find time for Gym.
